1.	Combined Counselling Board is a registered organization and and it is also a trde mark, provided by Government of India. Combined Counselling Board is not linked with the body conducting AIEEE directly or indirectly and does not force or allure any students to apply for online counselling conducted for the Participating Institutions. The list of Participating Institutions is duly affiliated, approved by AICTE/UGC. And recognized by concerned authorities as per the information of the Board. To apply for the free online counselling of the Board is at student’s own discretion.
2.	The board does not take any responsibility of the affiliation, approval, accreditation & recognition of the participating therefore students must verify them by visiting the relevant websites.
3.	Career Counselling Board does not take any responsibility of placement record as mentioned by the colleges. Students must verify the record themselves before taking admission.
4.	The board does not take the responsibility of cancellation of admission and any refund form the colleges. Students have to consult for the same to the colleges authorities themselves. Students are also advised to pay the fee of the college in D.D. in the name of the concerned college.
5.	The purpose of the free counseling is to assist the student in accessing an institution of his choice on basis of his score & marks therefore the counseling does not guarantee any admission or assure any allotment. It totally depends on the availability of the seat and fulfilling the criteria of the concerned colleges 
6.	The admission may be confirmed by the allotted institution only after the eligibility of the student is verified and the affiliating/recognizing body permits. 
7.	Allotments made will be time bound and the student must visit the institution allotted before or on the date mentioned in the letter of allotment. The institution has full authority to cancel the allotment if the student does not report there by the given date & time. 
8.	Combined Counselling Board will contact the student over the phone & E-mail for better guidance time to time till the student has procured his seat in the college allotted and is satisfied with it. If the student has some problems in the allotted institute, Combined Counselling Board will talk to the institute authorities for solving the problems. 
9.	Fee once deposited in the institution may be refunded as per the guidelines of the Honorable Supreme Court of India and Combined Counselling Board will not be liable for any assistance in the refund if the admission is withdrawn by the student. 
10.	Legal matters are subject to Ranchi Jurisdiction.
